Goop.com is the lifestyle brand for Gwyneth Paltrow which curates travel, health and shopping information. Goop.com also sells products supporting the Goop “lifestyle”.

I was hired as the project manager when the original project manager had  to leave on maternity leave. My main role was the continued development, management, and maintenance of the goop.com web site. Responsibilities included working with the Editorial, Product and Sales Ad teams to ensure requirements were accurately defined. Also, working with the IT agency and freelance developers, ensured that projects were implemented accurately and to the specifications identified in the requirements.

Projects were managed and planned within the cloud-based PM tool – Basecamp. This provided the capability to ensure accurate tracking of tasks and that activities fell were completed on-time and within the budget.
