BIC Supply is an eCommerce business which sells and distributes a large variety of products online. BIC Supply uses various vendors, which supply the products that they sell. They also use several channels in selling their products.

I was brought on as a business analyst and project manager. I worked with their Subject Matter Expert (SME) to understand their existing processes and systems; document their current processes; and finally, develop recommendations and requirements for their new/improved systems.
