ZX Ventures is a subsidiary of Anheuser Busch. The team I was assisting was focused on craft and specialty beers and eCommerce.

I was originally brought on to help define, document, and improve their vendor management process. Working with Procurement Management, I defined and documented their current processes, identified gaps, and suggested solutions/improvements to the processes.

I was later assigned to assist the eCommerce development team to help with their development cycle. They had recently moved to an Agile environment and I assisted in helping to define some of the processes – i.e., user stories – and to organize the process.
